About Our Space

We are stoked that you picked our greenhouse as the venue for your next event! We are set up to host photoshoots and small events, and we are open to discuss any ideas you have in mind to see if we can accommodate.

We have a beautiful yard, large patio, deck and under-deck space that allows a lot of options to capture your perfect moment. Check out our Instagram account for the most up-to-date photos of our available spaces and current set up of our greenhouse.

The General Stuff

  1. The space and property you are booking is our home, which we take a lot of pride in! We ask that you treat our space as you would your own and be respectful of our greenhouse and other parts of our property while you are using it.

  2. While we are at the top of our neighborhood, we ask that you are respectful of the houses/neighbors around us! Please follow any and all instructions on how and where to park, and where to enter our yard once your session/event is confirmed.

  3. There is no access to a bathroom or changing room.

  4. We have A/C and heating available for the greenhouse, but please keep in mind that the structure is not completely air tight! We will do our very best to keep it temperature controlled, and apologize in advance for any extremely hot or cold days.

  5. Do not move any of the large plants. Smaller plants and plant stands can be relocated but must be returned to their original location before you leave the premises.

  6. You may bring your own props; however anything brought in and used during your session/event must be cleaned up and removed before you leave the premises.

  7. We provide a love seat, rattan chair, rattan rocking chair, decorative pillows, and a large floor pouf. All of these items are at your disposal to use but must remain in the greenhouse unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

For Your Safety & Ours

  1. We ask that you respect our property and belongings as if it were your own! To help protect our space for you and for future guests, there will be an additional 50% fee on your total session cost for any minor damages (ex: breaking a pot, staining on carpet or furniture). Any larger damages, we will require to cover the cost of the damaged item (ex: rips or structural damage to the furniture, breaking a window).

  2. We will always make sure our property is clear and easy to navigate to ensure your personal safety. However, we are not responsible for any personal injury or damage to client/guest property. All clients and their invited guests enter our location at their own risk and assume full responsibility for the safety of themselves, dependents, and property.
